Urban Grind uses only environmentally and socially responsible coffee. All of our beans are premium quality Arabica. We use primarily fair-trade, farm-friendly or farm-direct & organic beans. As this is a transitional, seasonally dependent business we are in a constant position of having to choose beans that meet our high standards. Please know that we order the best we can among the choices available to us & don't skimp by using lesser-quality beans. You'll get the best we can offer!
All our coffee is air roasted in-house at the northeast location. Using a specially-modified small-batch Sivetz roaster, we combine beans from around the world to create coffee that is fully developed in taste & aroma. Urban Grind coffee is never charred or burnt and is always fresh.
