    Urban Grind Event Rental Rates

    Urban Grind offers a flexible space which can serve as a unique, centrally-located event venue. Our 1,700 square foot Pearl location is great for networking events, smaller parties and intimate live performances. We are committed to facilitating the event you want to have and work extensively to help you create what you envision. We can be as involved or uninvolved as is helpful. We can provide all of food and beverage needs, or just supplement the resources you already may have.  We also have referrals for photographers, sound technicians and other support services readily available to attend to needs of all scopes.  

    Basic rates

    Art, music and literary events occur at Urban Grind Northwest nearly every week! $175 covers a typical event rental's first two hours, with $50 billed for each additional hour. This rate includes all basic setup and breakdown costs for after-hours events; early closing of the venue's regular shop operations requires a sales offset. Contact us for more info.

    Catering

    Many of our event rental clients choose to take advantage of our unique and affordable food and beverage services. We offer our standard menu as well as custom platters, entrees. Wine, beer and cocktail services are also available.
